BEST sleeping position to Fix Neck hump or Forward Head Posture or Hunchback
In this video (PART 2 OF 3), Dr. Jon Saunders, a chiropractor in Newmarket, Ontario will discuss the best sleeping position to help fix a neck hump while you sleep. Forward head posture and hunchback posture can contribute to a neck hump (dowager’s hump) and for it to be helped your sleeping position matters! There is only 1 acceptable way to sleep if you want to minimize your hunched forward posture, hunchback posture or neck hump.
