Have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for a couple of years now, being attending a physiotherapist for over a year with a little relief, cant believe these exercises have made a great difference after two week I have had no pain a lot more mobility and feel 100% better. thank you

Gotta be kidding me. Neck cracking, pain most of my life, getting worse recently at 76...one time following this video it's instantly better. I will continue with exercises. Thank you so much.

Thank you sooo much. I've had tinnitus since 2016. Hopelessly I tried your video before I went to bed. At 3 a.m. I woke up with silence in my head it was so wonderful. It goes without saying that I will be doing this short miraculous video every day. I'm 78 and I spend a lot of time alone and now I will have the silence I was so hungry for. Thank you very much

I’ve been doing these exercises for the last week or so and my neck pain has decreased. My chiropractor was just collecting my insurance money because after every visit, I was in more pain. YouTube is free and more valuable for so many helpful videos. Thank you, Dr. Mandell 😊

4 days in doing these exercises and my tennis elbow and radiating pain down my right arm into my thumb and index finger have nearly disappeared

Wow, these are wonderful, Dr/ Mandell! These stretches have changed everything! One session & pain is gone; I will repeat them daily now. All night, I’ve been sleeping with a severe migraine that lasts all day as well.

I wood like to share what I Learn from my Grandpa . He hated a double chin be an . Native American And I ask him how do you stop having a double chair and my grampa send this . Here goes. Every time you brush your teeth Stick your tongue out and try to touch your nose With a good posture . your head back a little bit in repetition in and out to touch your nose . And this will keep you from having a throat like a Turkey That is the wisdom of Seneca elder Native American . Thank you for your time bless you all Aman

Wow! I’ve had neck injuries and pain and stiffness for decades. I hear grinding when I move my neck. After doing these mobility moves, my head and neck feel free and quiet! I am amazed and will be adding these great exercises to my daily routine. Thank you for making a huge difference in my life!
