IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

1 MIN CHALLENGE! Note down in the comments how many reps you guys were able to do for each exercise on DAY 1 and then return on DAY 21 and compare your results!

Remember you don't need to do the full minute as it'll get progressively harder, rest whenever you need to and hopefully by day 21 you'll see how much stronger you've gotten!

I haven't worked out in over a year, im starting 2024 off right. I did this today because I knew I wasn't going to be able to complete a 48 minute program on my first day of working out. I struggled but it feels good! tomorrow i will push myself harder!

This is my first challenge with you and I'm so excited to start! Here we go:
Day 1:
Exercise 1 - 26
Exercise 2 - 17 L / 15 R
Exercise 3 - 58
Exercise 4 - 17
Exercise 5 - 32
Exercise 6 - 15
Exercise 7 - 19
Exercise 8 - 8 (first time ever of doing burpees, plus didn't want to disturb my neighbours. Nice thing is I hope to progress more on this one!)

Woah I love this new program! It made me realize I need to work on stamina. Chloe's programs usually have exercises last 30-40 seconds. And now that I'm trying to do the most reps I can in good form, I realize that I start to tire out exactly at the 30-40 second threshold. Hopefully by the end I can do a full minute!

This is my second journey with Chloe after having baby no. 2! After my first baby i reached my goal from 70 kg to 55 kg!!! I know that I can do it this time too! Right now i am 66 kg and i want to reach 58 kg before starting to gain muscles 💪🏽Thank you so much Chloe for beeing by my side ❤

I did it! Here are my first day reps:

Exercise 1 (Squat) - 21
Exercise 2 (Jumping Lunges) - 15 Left / 15 Right
Exercise 3 (Jumping Jacks) - 30
Exercise 4 (Criss Cross Squats) - 20 (did normal squats due to knee problem)
Exercise 5 (Plank Hip Dips) - 10 (i hate hip dips so much :D)
Exercise 6 (Lateral Jump Lunges) - 10 rounds
Exercise 7 (Skater) - 15 rounds
Exercise 8 (Burpees) - 10

This workout it definitely fun and working! I burned about 120 cal in these 10 minutes 0o

Your workouts have been a huge staple in my morning routine. I have struggled with my fitness journey staying consistent… from devoting 100% of time and energy for a few weeks going through the motions to complete avoidance and lack of motivation to step foot in the gym. Your videos have helped me so much keep a positive attitude to keep showing up and reap the rewards of seeing self improvement. Each round becoming easier than the last time, less rest time between sets… the endurance I have built from doing these hiit workouts have helped me become more patient, hungry to see more results, and absolutely loving the healthy lifestyle.
