Hi everyone!

Hope you are all having a lovely day. Welcome back to day 2 of the 7-day pilates summer challenge for 2024. This challenge offers various benefits both physically i.e improving core strength, enhancing flexibility, achieving a better posture and increased energy levels as well as emotionally i.e. helping relieving stress and improve focus.

All 7 videos are either 15 or 20 minutes long allowing it to be time manageable and fit into all of our busy routines.

my arms... so week... halfway through the plank combos i wasn't sure if i was still planking lol but i loved having the explanation alongside the workout!!

I love your workouts but I wish you could do some workouts that target more arms as whenever you are doing more full plank exercises I’m literally unable to do them - although I’m getting slightly better:)
