Thank you so much for your work, what a great workout and thank you so much for all the additional information. Before I got pregnant I was into HIIT and lifting heavy weights, but I am a bit conscious of continuing doing so, but your workout made me sweat . thank you !

26 weeks pregnant and I’m slowly going through this series a second time, I don’t manage it every day but this workout series helps me to work out a few times a week and I’m so grateful!!! So helpful not to have to think about anything just follow along with each video, thanks so much!

Thank you so much for these workouts. I am 11 weeks postpartum and they have been so helpful in building my fitness confidence. I love that I can slowly get back into it while still feeling strong and able to keep pace. I have even mixed in some advanced moves which feels awesome.

Thank you for these workouts! I'm 27 weeks with baby #10 and although I've always great labors, I attribute it to staying in shape during pregnancy, so thank you for motivating me to do! Really enjoying the other labor and delivery videos as well, you can always learn something new and have more tricks in your bag to try during labor.

I love how you are bringing my strength back. Just entered the 29th week and am feeling strong. Couldn't do the side leg lift with the chair, though 20:35. Feeling my tummy and booty too heavy now. Anyways, hope I will be completely ready in 11 weeks for the labor 💪 Thank you!

Fantastic 👍 I used to love working out and being active but pregnancy has thrown a wrench in that. I'm half way through 2nd trimester and your videos have helped so much!! (Especially with this time of year, flu season, and avoiding the gym)

I really loved this workout but currently 29 weeks with twins and could have used a tiny bit more time with transitions, especially on the chair!
I’m following your January workout challenge and it’s been so great keeping the aches and pains away as much as possible
