Training is divided on warm up and 6 exercises that hit our whole body. We are going to repeat drills twice. These two rounds that take 5 minutes each.
If you dont have much time for trainings, this video is appropiate. Quite intensive, quick and demanding. It will take only 10 minutes to hit your whole body. Exercises are rather simple. Focus on a proper technique and enjoy this workout!
