We are so excited to kick off our 6-month walking workout journey with you. Today marks Day 1 of Week 1 in our first month, and we're starting strong with a 30-minute, 5000 steps walking workout that's perfect for beginners.
What to Expect:
- Easy-to-Follow Exercises: Simple movements that are gentle on the joints and suitable for all fitness levels.
- Full-Body Engagement: We'll be engaging different muscle groups to maximize benefits and keep things interesting.
