Walk at home with low impact exercises designed for beginners and seniors who want to work out with no equipment and no talking. This is a low impact, 5000 steps, 45 minute workout designed for those who don't want to be jumping or doing other more difficult, complicated exercises. Easy to follow, yet will make you break a sweat and lose calories. No equipment needed! And no talking, just music!

If you are a total beginner, take a break as needed until you feel you can follow along at the same pace. This workout is designed to be adaptable for you. Work at your own pace, do what YOU can do, and have fun.

I found your workouts four days ago and can't believe that I just finished this 45-minute, 5000 step workout. I've lived a primarily sedentary lifestyle for the past five years and I know that I need to get moving if I am going to be able to do things with my five grandchildren. I may not be able to match you step-for-step yet, but I am moving more than I have moved in years, and I will get there with your help! One comment: I do appreciate your non-verbal reminders to tuck/engage the abdomen. If you could add more of those I would appreciate it! I understand the importance of keeping those muscles engaged as well as breathing while doing these exercises, but I keep forgetting to do it!

Blessed day joined today 30 minute work out 3, 178 steps. It helps me a lot for 34 days March 19, 2023 weight 64 kgs., now April 28, 2023 my weight 60. 5 kgs. Future days coming happy on participating.

LOVE!!! The gratitude reminder about half-way in made me smile. I am grateful that the arthritic knee that kept me from your videos for the past 5 months has now been rehabed with PT and cortisone so that I can return to your wonderful workouts! This largely deconditioned 70 year old loves that I can keep up with your instructions and actually perform the entire length of the workout, leaving me with great self- confidence and a lovely endorphin high! THANKS!

I'm really grateful for these longer classes as we're having the wettest winter on record here in the UK. Getting out for a walk is a challenge. I have some beautiful 2lb Victorian hand weights, I used them for this today so I had to modify a couple of the exercises. Thank you Jules

Glad I found this channel! I have been recovering from a knee injury and have been using the seated workouts off and on since February (now recovering from knee treatment procedure). After using the seated cardio, I have found it easy to adapt the standing walking workouts to seated walking workouts.
