Trouble doing dips? Here are a couple options: 1) Assisted dips. You can loop a band under your feet and over the bars to help aid you up ⬆️ or use the assisted dip station if your gym has one. 2) Bench Dips. Sit your feet out in front of you and perform dips off of the edge of a bench. 3) You can just do close grip push ups from your toes or knees. Whatever makes 8 reps challenging!

Dip: note that the more upright you are, the more triceps you train. The more bent over you are, the more lower chest you train!

The last exercise hurts my right shoulder so much! I already have pain on my right shoulder, but that exercise alone brings the pain back again!

Even though he says fully lock out on top, just don't lock your elbows to the fullest. He actually means to do it in full range of motion till almost it locks out but don't lock your elbows out fully to avoid injury and losing the tension on the triceps.
