I can really see results after 7 days! Because of my high body fat, I also do April's standing fat burn workout everyday. Although the result is obviously, but I still want to challenge myself to do it two more weeks to get the body shape that I really want to. Of course will add on some other workouts. Will upload the results very soon. Stay tuned and fighting!

This really works guys. I've been doing this standing exercises about 1.5 months and my lower belly fat was reduced. I was shocked, and they did tone up my butt. Thanks a lot!!

I've been doing this from 2 months and I have lost 3 KG.. I used to do this twice a day and sometimes once a day..yet it worked..Thank u April..I also did slim Arms work out along with this..hope this helps u guys..

Remember to make this exercise more effective, we should try to control our diet. Eat more healthier, less junk and sweets. Btw thanks April for another standing exercise! I prefer standing workouts nowadays

Thank you so much ! I don’t really care about loosing weight, but I care about being more active and getting fitter.
I am someone who hates doing exercise, but your videos made me look forward to the next day to exercise again !
I have only done this for 2 weeks, but I have seen results :
At the beginning my waist was 90 cm, my hips 110cm. Ten days later my waist is 86cm and my hips 107cm ! It made me really happy to see the results.
I am going to keep on exercising with your videos, and might update my results :)

today is the first day I start this, let’s hope I can control my diet to see good results 🙏
3/1: done

3/3: done (btw i ate some snacks but i worked extra hard and did extra exercise besides my regular routine to make up for it, forgive me 🙏😔)
3/4: done (i ate a yogurt for breakfast and a slice of pizza im sorry😔 we had family over but I only at one and exercised hard again)
3/5: done woohoo 😁 for anyone trying this, keep going!!

YEAHHH! guys this exercise is very easy and only takes a little while to complete i REALLy recommend it, it’s beginner friendly as well. Although it’s not very obvious, there is a little line down the center of my stomach. I combined this with an hour of mixed cardio and some dancing in between. I am going to keep going and try to control my diet better to try not to eat too many snacks. Good luck to anyone trying this thank you for cheering me on 😁

Been doing this once a day for 7 days so far and I do think I feel a difference! However I'm planning to keep it up! :) You're the first workout channel I actually like (I've tried so many) because you only do the moves for 20-30 seconds at a time. So many workout videos do things for like 60-90 seconds and especially for a beginner I could never finish them so I'd just either get bored or frustrated and give up. So thank you so much for using shorter lengths! <3

Trying this because I gained 15.8 kg while staying at my grandma's house over quarantine. I am doing the thigh and calf workout as well.
SW: 68.6 kg
Height: 160 cm Waist: 85.5 cm ew

Day 1 (June 29th): complete
Day 2 (June 30th): Skipped because I was extremely sore. (yesterday I also did weightlifting, so I shouldn't do that again with these exercises)
Day 3 (July 1st): Complete
I missed a couple of days, so I'm going to add a few extra days.
July 3rd: Complete. (I'll put results on July 9th and exercise every day until then)

I have been doing multiple exercises from April’s channel for more than a month (I skipped 2 days). They are fun, low impact, and effective. I didn’t lose much weight but my body is more toned and defined. And I feel good about having a daily exercise routine.

Omg this workout is m a r v e l o u s
I've done this for 4months now and I totally can see some changes, not only on my belly but on my face too! First of all I can see some abs line that I've never see before and there is no bead(?) on my belly anymore, my stomach became flater and my face is thinner now :D My grandpa noticed that I become thinner and even my haircuter noticed that??? 💀💀💀
It motive me to keep going, I hope you guys will have some results and keep doing this workout, fighting!!! :DD
(Sorry for my eventually bad english, it's not my first language)

Edit : just want to warn you guys, even if you go on a diet don't be too extreme with yourself, just eat healthy but you should eat enough for your body to survive especially if you're exercising!
I say that because I got an eating disorder since I started doing workouts and diet so it's like already 1 year

Did this challenge for a week!!
Not much change in my stomach, my weight also the same.. But I noticed some change in my hip area it kinda works.. I'll try to reduce junk food and continue this exercise it's really good and period friendly too

my results!
the videos used: 5-min lower abs, 12-min full body fat burn, and this one
the routine: the 5-min abs everyday (including on my period days) and one of the two, changing the last every four days, for one month, without rest days.
the results: my abdomen is very much firmer; my love handles also vanished almost completely. I noticed some changes in the arms; it is stronger and slimmer now.
the impressions: of the three workouts in my routine, this is the gentlest. I felt relaxed while doing it, and it was a relief for my period and cramps. It has the right amount of everything to be kinda sweaty, but not exhausting.
the conclusion: a very fit exercise to beginners like me. It is quick, effective and light.
