You know why I love your workouts so much? 1. The timer is clearly visible, so I can tell myself on ' bad days", " just hang on, keep doing a few more times, if schellea can do it and look so amazing, so can you!":

2. You prime us on what the next exercises will be, before the timer starts ( which takes away the hassle of me trying to remember the sequences), I really appreciate that

3. You talk us through the exercises clearly and offer less strenous options. It is really helpful.

I had tried to follow a few other channels and I find my 'simple brain' syncs very well with your style. In the other classes, some times the " coaches" would just keep yelling and encouraging you to move but they make the moves too complicated and do not break it to simpler segments. I just blundered from 1 exercise to another without being taught how to do it properly and just as you think you get the hang of it a bit, it is time for another segment and you feel stupid and clumsy all over again.

Another great mini HIIT workout targeting abs but working out the legs and arms also. I love these short workouts as means I can incorporate 2-3 on top of some of 20-30 minutes one I do daily. It encourages me to push my workouts to 40-50 minutes simply by doing some add-ons targeting different areas of the body or balance or stretching. I have lost 10kgs (22 pounds) since February and I have gained muscle toning. I have not been this weight since before I had my daughter almost 34 years ago! Like you Schellea, I find I have a smile on my face most of the time now.🙂

This was awesome, I had to pause a few times for I have not exercised in a while, and I felt great at the end. I’ll be getting this in every day until I have built myself to add another. I love it, just what I have been looking for to get back to exercising.
