20 Minute Yoga for Relieving Back Pain | Beginner | Hindi

to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.

This video is the 4th in the series of the 21 Day Yoga Camp. If you sit and work for long hours or drive, you may feel the aches and soreness in the back. This is due to the compression of the spinal cord in between the vertebrae.

So practice these asanas to decompress the spine and get relief from pain. In case you have slipped disc or cervical spondylitis, please avoid this flow and consult your doctor before practising yoga.

Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct

Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising

Day 4 Done. Although I'm struggling to do yoga regularly due to spondylitis pains, but as soon as I feel slight better, I come back to mat. This is just so wonderful/different feeling for a person who never used to wake up early in her entire life of 30+ years. Thank you Radhika mam. :) Credit goes to you for bringing such positive thoughts in our minds.

Hi Radhika Ji,

I had fallen out of love with yoga after attending a few courses of other teachers. I was made to feel that being flexible is the goal. I used to feel dejected since my body is stiff. I was not able to sit in vajrasan since the last 3 yoga practices but today I automatically sat right after doing child's pose. Happiee🙂

I usually have lower back pain and i felt an immense relief by doing these asanas, i cant describe how amazing i feel now and even while walking I’m noticing a lightness in my left hip which was super tight and blocked before, thank you so much
