Day 5 of our 25 Days of Movement is to do Soft Tissue work to Decompress.

There are many benefits to incorporate pressure based soft-tissue work into your movement and wellness routine.

One of them, is to help your muscles recover so that you feel smoother moving through your normal ranges of motion after intense or longer workouts. You may also notice that you’ll be able to down regulate, ease the 🧠 & fall asleep easier.

There are many ways to get pressure based soft tissue work in. You can use a foam roller, a massage ball, vibration gun or even have a friend or partner that likes you (most of the time) help you.

Spending as little as 5 minutes a day can make a big difference.
