Day 6 of our 25 Days of Movement is to do 50 Kettlebell Swings.

When you’re short on time, there’s no other exercise that quite compares to the intensity of the Kettlebell Swing.

Why do we love the KB Swing?

When you break it down, the Kettlebell Swing is a repetitive all out Sprint of launching a cannon ball with a handle in a pendulum like manner.

This requires Power and develops Speed of the movers of the hips.

The “catch & return” of the Kettlebell also develops Coordination & Elasticity of muscle and tendon.

The KB Swing is a builder of Grip Strength, which is an indicator of life expectancy.

And it elevates your Heart Rate and reminds us that we need to be able do Hard Things fast & Breathe Heavy every now and then.

Your mission for today - complete 50 KB Swings.

If you can’t do 50 unbroken, find a weight that allows you to get into a rhythm and break it up into 5 sets of 10 swings at a minimum.
