You know what they say, once you stop Jumping, you start dy —— maybe you don’t want to know 😵.
There are so many benefits to Jumping. It helps keep you ready for sport, your bones dense and feet strong. But did you also know that it’s as great way to help clear your lymphatic system, which is the system that helps us clear toxins and waste from our body.
That’s because when you Jump, your calves, which are known as the Heart of the lower body, contract and help your Lymphatic system do its job.
There are many ways to integrate Jumping - skipping rope, box jumps. And if you’re not ready for those activities, start bouncing up and down in place or pretend that you’re in a boxing ring and are moving around with quick feet.
If it’s been a while, it’s never too late to start Jumping.
