You may have heard that sitting is the new smoking. And since vaping is the new smoking, then sitting is the vaping 🤯.
Squats are a great way to get blood to the legs, to break up long periods of sitting and a great way to 🔥 up the glutes 🍑🍑.
And while our recommendation is to get 50 squats/day, that doesn’t mean that you have to do all 50 at one time. Break it up throughout your day.
If you work an 8-hour shift from a desk, think about doing 7 squats per hour. And before you know it, you’ll have accomplished 50 squats in a day.
