the only thing I feel is you do only use your right leg. there is not strengthening for the left leg. May be I am wrong. It could be because you are working on upper body. Please clarify. Thanks

I really love the reminders. “Keep core in, relax the neck and shoulders, breath.” I find myself tightening up and holding breath!

These are perfect to pair with a 15-20 min cardio video. I do need to pause it half way to stretch my shoulders out a little before continuing.
