8min Home UPPER BODY Workout (DUMBBELLS ONLY TO BUILD MUSCLE!!)

In today's workout, we're doing a full demolition of the upper body. We're going to be hitting our chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, traps AND back in this 8-minute workout. All you'll need is a pair of dumbbells suitable for you and get ready for the insane pump you're going to get. I've put together some of my favorite exercises for growing your upper body like bent over dumbbell flys, standing upper chest flys, shrug holds, and more. Once again, I'm going to be showing you the proper form and pacing throughout the video and explaining each exercise as we go. We'll go through the 1st round together, try and repeat this workout for 2-3 rounds for maximal results! Good luck and let me know in the comments how many rounds you were able to get!

Beginner 1-2 sets
Intermediate 3-4 sets
Advanced 5 sets

Bent Over Dumbbell Flys or Rear Flys 12 reps
Drag Curls 10 reps
Bent Over Rows 15 reps
Standing Upper Chest Flys 10 reps
Clean and Press 12 reps
Shrug Holds 15 reps
Overhead Press 12 to 15 reps
Tricep Kickbacks 10 reps
3-Second Negative Push Ups 10 reps

I have incorporated a lot of your exercises into my home workout routine, Tanner. I'm probably twice your age, but I have gotten results thanks to your demonstrations...so, thank you! As for talking during your demonstrations, I'm OK with what you do either way. I appreciate how difficult it is for you to talk and work out at the same time. If you showed the exercises and lifts and just did a voice-over narration instead of talking during your workouts, that would be fine with me too. I like how you not only perform the exercises, but explain the proper way to do them so your viewers can get the best results possible. 💪🏻👍🏻

Sometimes I just don’t feel like going to the gym and waiting to use a machine, etc.. so it’s great to have this option of effective workouts from home, using only dumbbells that I already have. Thank you!

Im a teen and I've been trying this for a few months and been getting mad results, I've always been the skinny kid, and don't get me wrong, I'm still skinny, however, it has gotten to the point where friends and family is commenting on my changes. Thank you for the content brotha god bless

I’ve only been doing this one for like two weeks now with 30 pound dumbbells every day which is superrrr hard do not recommend but after the first week it start hurting less cause I wasn’t over doing the workouts and I can already see a difference in my physique! I am also able to do more reps and my form for the workouts is way better! If you commit to it and actually push yourself and eat right you’ll definitely see results and I literally only do this workout once or twice a day along with some cardio and I’m already seeing results! Thank you sir!

My son & I started to do this workout yesterday. 4 rounds. But we added one more exercise; hammer curls. It was brutal.

Tried this work out at week 5 of transforming my skin fat body - made it through 3X though came up short on reps the last time. Great workout, feeling it everywhere.

Wow wow. Day 2 on trying one of your workouts. Disclaimer: I’m 43, (233 down from 260 from cutting out sugar almost entirely and eating healthier) never really had a workout routine, was always afraid of doing it wrong (I’ve injured myself before trying stuff) I’m going to try and keep it up, then maybe my wife will let me pay for the monthly fee on the app. Ha Ha. Thanks for another good day.
