im a stroke survivor. i cant afford going to the gym/hire personal trainer since i cant work, and cant expect much from govt. i just found your channel. i really appreciate your videos, they help me. i try to support your channel, not skipping ads. i use ads time to grab a drink of water. thank you for helping me to improve my mobility. ❤

Too often, as soon as I see Senior Exercises, I think: Way too easy! I'm 60 and have been exercising since I was 20 but found out that pushing too hard at my age can be detrimental. Plus, I just can't keep up to those workouts like I used to. This was just right! Thank you! I have followed you for years but hadn't watched in quite a while. Glad to be back!

I have just completed 60 years and retired from government services after completing 37years

You have the best workouts for seniors ever. I'm 70 yrs old and have been working out with you for many years BC.. Before Claudia.. LOL .. I use You Tube on my smart TV. I can only do 30 minutes, but I feel I am so much healthier because of your help. I wish there were more workouts for seniors on your site. Love you guys!

I found you several years ago, when I was able to do a lot more. Then I had a bad fall, that really made exercising hard, even though I made sure to keep up with my PT exercises. Now, here I am following your "senior" exercises, and what I love is that I can do them! And, they aren't just fluff! I'm doing the standing version with only 3 lb. weights, but because we keep moving for a certain amount of time instead of counting, I feel like I'm getting a good workout. Thank you so much for creating exercises for older people who still want to be active and strong.
