I almost cried in the middle of the workout because of how challenging it was but one thing about Kathrin’s workouts is that you will sweat it all out💦💦💦!!
One thing I know for sure is that if you can crush Kathrin’s workouts, then there’s nothing so hard and challenging that you can’t achieve👊🏾

Seit langem mal wieder ein workout bei dem ich bereits bei 30% dachte „das überlebst du nicht“. Irgendwie schaffst du es immer, dass man weiter macht. Übung für Übung sein bestes gibt. Am Ende liegt man dann Mega stolz, absolut verschwitzt und mit einem breiten Grinsen auf der Matte 🎉

In ein paar Wochen habe ich einen Lauf mit mehreren Höhenmetern geplant. Eine echte Challenge für jemanden, der wie ich aus dem Flachland kommt. Bei dem Workout hab ich mir bei jeder schweren Übung vorgestellt, wie ich ein Stück weiter den Berg hochlaufe - aufgeben ist keine Option. Kathrin, deine Workouts sind nicht nur körperlich eine Herausforderung, sondern eine mentale Challenge. Selbst, wenn ich hin und wieder das Gewicht droppe oder ein paar Jumps weg lasse, ziehe ich durch, weil du mich pusht. Immer wieder die Comfort Zone zu verlassen und die Challenge anzunehmen, ist schon der erste Schritt zum Erfolg. Danke für deinen Content und deine Message!

My favorite type of workout! Love the format of a low impact strength move followed by a cardio one. And not to knock floor time, but I'm always happy when we don't spend too much time on the mat. This workout gave a huge sense of accomplishment!
