Ist das workout zum muskelaufbau geeignet oder ist es durch den cardio-anteil weniger optimal dazu? Ich habe leider per se Probleme Muskeln aufzubauen, da ich nur max. 2x6, 5kg Hanteln habe...

Gerne mehr solcher Workouts! Ich finde es toll, dass du den Fokus bei diesem Video wirklich auf das Gewichtstraining gelegt hast und weniger auf Cardio. Das würde ich mir für weitere Power Workouts genauso wünschen!

When you workout regularly, eat clean healthy tasty, sleep enough.. Life becomes better. Goals get achieved faster and things are getting done in a more efficient way. I can clearly say that working out makes people suffer for only 30-60 min, but they become happy for the rest of their lives.
