Let's stretch it out and focus on using the resistance of your band to do the work for your muscles! Grab a band, a towel, or any type of band that can assist your stretches. If you don't have one I have linked mine below! Take your time and make sure to continue the stretch if you have time!

Equipment I use:

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). Any slight variation in any of these factors can dramatically alter the amount of calories you burn. I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 27 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

Great stretching exercise. I am 60 and retired military. I have gotten out of shape since retiring and wanted to get back in shape. Now 50 lbs heavier I needed to find and exercise & fitness program that fits my exercise & fitness needs. I decided to try the resistance bands instead of heavy weight since I have arthritis in my knees and wrist. I bought some resistance bands a while back and decided to put them to use following your 10-minute full body resistance band stretch exercise and I must say it felt GREAT after I did them. Usually my body feel stiff and achy, but today just that little bit of stretching has motivated me to seek out more resistance band exercises to help with improving my strength and fitness development. Thanks for showing me how to get the most out of my resistance bands.

My daily stretching schedule - either doing resistance band or foam roller stretch & I‘ve loved it since I started! Only stretching routine I do on a daily basis

Thank you, I just got my first set of hands and this is the first video that I've followed all the way through. I used my yellow band starting off with the lowest resistance. It felt real good to stretch my achey muscles (I suffer from multiple sclerosis) hopefully I am not too sore tomorrow! Thank you, I plan to come back again and again!!
