Works for me. Good evening, mah Lady. 🌹 I get asked about this from time to time now - if I've been "grieving' the 'relationship. "Grieving"?! That shit died a - LONG time ago. That so called "grief" died a long, drawn out terminal illness..WITH her! I have ONLY anger left from being betrayed and even that's been starting to fade. I held onto that anger for quite some time - intentionally. It kept me 'no contact' and every time I thought about going back, I quickly retrieved those memories of all the BAD times! Keeping those in mind always worked and still does. Anger can be a VERY useful tool when the time is right and there's a time and a place for everything. That's how I see it at least. I’m 39 and so stressed the last 10 years my hair is half gray! I’m scared of the venomous reactions and what he can do or has done. And how everyone on the outside thinks he is this perfect guy- he ain’t he is a narcissistic and vindictive and honestly scares the shit out of me.
When he goes on bengers it’s worse. Then when he is “normal” I somehow completely forget how bad it is!
