My grandmother was a very narcissistic person. I was never good enough for her. It's really troubling when one hears about the statistics on any cluster b disorder. I was a victim of mental abuse. There were about 15 people in my life who suffered a diagnosed disorder, some weren't diagnosed but displayed an array of systematic toxic behavior. My older sister got murdered by her psychopath husband (diagnosed)

I've met many people who were SURROUNDED by individuals who were abusive.
My personal estimation : 12 to 15% narcissists... 20 to 28% anti socials, 10 % border liners, 3 to 6% pscyhopaths. And i keep seeing these numbers with a LOT of victims.
Yes.. i'm afraid almost half of a given population has serious anti social issues. You'be surprised how it shows. They don't all become serial killers, thieves or big c.e.o.'s .. They are simply EVERYWHERE.
