It’s Day #1 of your Summer Fit '24 SWEAT Challenge! Let’s get your sweat on with full-body strength! This workout uses dumbbells and optional kettlebells to build strength while keeping your heart rate up for cardio. Start with a back-to-basics strength move, then follow it with a “sweat" version of the same move to intensify. Options for all levels!
