Join me for a 30 minute SCULPT + SWEAT FULL BODY WORKOUT with warm up and cool down included! Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Today's workout is intense but as always I'll provide modifications throughout. So get ready to sweat! 💞 xox Mik

I've done a lot of YouTube workouts but in my opinion, you are the BEST by far! You give the right amount of detail when explaining the exercises, plus you give reminders and encouragement, all without overdoing it!! As a bonus, you include warm up and cool downs plus you have the modifications shown in the upper right corner! I think you're perfection!

Hi there! You probably won’t see this, but I started following you in 2023. I hope you make more dancing to the beat videos with modifications. I use those videos to workout with my mom who has knee issues and my grandpa who is in a wheelchair and he’s 91! Your dancing video modifications make it easy for them to move about while sitting. They really enjoy them. I hope to see new ones in the future. 😊

First, I am a great fan of your workouts and style in general! I have been doing your workouts every two days now for the last several months and I totally ENJOY your sequences, your energy, your look, everything! And the changes I feel in my body are amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you - please continue! I actually discovered that I am looking forward to another session as if I am having a meeting with a really nice friend :))

Second, I realized after some time that I have just one suggestion for future videos - can you please add a countdown for the session in general, not just each exercise? Alternative - adding a vocal reminders that we are halfway through or we have just 5 sequences left… Sometimes I have to pause the video just to see how much is left to motivate myself through an especially challenging workout.

That was a killer! Probably one of your toughest ones yet but I liked the change in intensity and pace. What I also appreciate is that you always talk us through on good form which is so important when lifting weights unlike some other channels that I follow as well. Thanks Mikaela! That was an intense start to 2024. This is challenging my balance as much as my strength, especially the side plank leg bend, and the dead lift with leg lift. Whew! Thanks for the challenge!

Hi Mikaella! I'm from NYC and really enjoy these workouts you've been posting. I was barely able to finish this one with 15-pound dumbbells, and i weigh 223 pounds! So humiliating but sooo good! Please keep these innovative workouts coming! Thanks so much!
