the neck curl-up is where i really felt it. when i did the exercise for the first time the amount of muscles that ached afterwards. i never knew there was that many we rarely used

I did it on day two days ago and found a slight difference. I did forget these two days, but will continue from tomorrow. Going to keep updating.
Day 1: Less double chin, more noticeable
Day 2: forgot
Day 3: forgot and saw a decrease in sharpness of jaw

after doing it about 4 times this past week i see improvement already. i skip some of them as i had jaw surgery recently so doing all the exercises must be even faster progress.
