Day 1: workout was easy no pain.
Day 2: legs pain a bit beacuse yesterday work .
Day 3: feeling stronger and faster about 1 to 5% but really tired, your leg will feels so good when you wake up the next day.
Day 4: easy to workout now and legs a bit bigger and muscles growing.
Day 5: legs needs some rest so that’s what I did and on day 5 I felt stronger about 15% and faster after some rest.
Day 6: workout is a bit harder and more pain since I have been training a lot, but legs a bit bigger and more muscles, more veins on my foot and legs.

Day 1 : Not that pain, let's see where will we go.
Day 2 : My legs Are Hurting Bc of yesterday's workout but still didn't skip
Day 3 : I'm getting faster and my legs are now a little bit strong.
Day 4 : My legs Are burning but I'm still going, A bit muscle growing.
Day 5 : I skipped because I'm already tired because I trained 6 hours today :)
Day 6 : I'm Super Busy Today I have No Time To Workout Sorry Guy I won't Be Doing it today :(
Day 7 : I'm feeling great tbh
Day 8 : It's Really effective I'm getting faster
Day 9 : I'm getting faster already and It's working in my balance too
Day 10 : My balance is getting good and my legs getting strong too

Day 1:

I’m done with my first day. Honestly can’t say much, I felt tired as I hadn’t worked out much in October, it’s November 1 and I want to change things. I definitely had a challenge with the abductors and mountain climbers.



I will continue writing when I see some impressive results. Maybe a month or two.

thanks my legs started to be very strong i started to do this workout in 26 april 2023 and i feel my legs are strong when i first wake up i do the work out without breakfast after the workout ima go eat breakfast

Day 1: Easy Workout, Little Pain since i also had other Workouts
Day 2: Feeling the Kick in, Feel more Pain but its normal. Legs feel Awesome. Feels stronger than before

Doing this 2 times in a row. Every break I practice juggling. Unless i need the break

Day 1: Little sore in the thighs and thighs look a little bigger and viens are more visible. Probaly because I just got a pump from the workout.

Day 2: Sore from yesterday. I was shaking throughout the whole workout. I see more muscle in my legs from day 1.

Day 3: I'm not sore anymore. I can jump an inch higher and I feel great no soreness or anything

Day 4: My workout was a little shaky and my thighs feel harder than day 1 when I used to flex them. I feel really good. I have more explosive ness as well.

Day 5: I had to skip today I was extremely busy and I couldn't. So I'm gonna do 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon tommorow

Day 6: Nothing really has changed and my feet and thighs are sore now.

Day 7: Had to skip I was celebrating Easter eve with my family. So I'm gonna do 4 tomorrow

Day 8: Had to skip I'm sorry again. I had to celebrate Easter and my family had a lot of plans for Easter.

Day 9: I'm back on track now because the holidays are gone. Thighs look a tiny bit more muscular. My calves also look a little bit bigger. I also realized I gained weight l. I didn't know how long it's been since I've gained weight. I weigh 92 pounds now. I used to weigh like 79 a month ago.

Day 10: Had to skip I was really busy. Sorry I will do tomorrow I promise.

Day 11: Thighs appear bigger and I see more muscle coming up from other spot on my thighs

Day 12: I had to skip sorry

Day 13: Don't see any differences

Day 14: Im an inch taller. I jump half a inch higher

Day 15: My hamstrings look a little bit more muscular. My calves also look a little bit more muscular. But so far in not seeing anymore progress it just the same now

Day 16: Not much big differences I don't see any really. Left things looks more veiny not popping out just visible.

Day 17: I couldn't do it I'm sorry it was my sister's birthday.

Day 18: I had a soccer game and some other family came over to celebrate my sister's birthday so the soccer game was my workout sorry.

Day 19: I don't see much changes. But I'm a little quicker and have more explosiveness

DAY 20: LAST DAY. But I'm going to keep doing this everyday I'm just stopping from taking notes for all of you to day 20. ⚠️READ PLEASE ⚠️ OVERALL THIS IS WORTH IT

What do you mean by 3 rounds? Do I exercise 3 times per workout

Day 1 -My legs are really Sore from doing it

Day 2-My legs are killing me from day one my legs are getting a little stronger

Day 3- my legs are more stronger than usual

Day 4 -my legs aren't sore anymore

Day 6 - my legs are getting a lil bigger

Day 7 -the pain doesnt really hurt anymore

Day 8 -This workout is getting more easier

Day 9- I've gotten a bit faster

Day 10-I can see my muscles on my leg

Gonna do this three times a day +other workouts as i really need to improve my physical abilitys to shoot with more power tackle ect... Day 1: felling tired but already feeling more muscle lil bit and drank a cup of milk after training. Day2: feeling tired from yesterday but still did the workouts feel much better and have kinda more muscles in legs and many more

Here is my workout days(did 1 times a day)
Day 1: the workout was about legs but i am feeling pain in my hands
Day 2:it was more easier than day 1 but my legs were hurting a little bit bcz of day 1 workout
Day 3:It was more easier and i did it without watching the video
Day 4:It became more easier
Day 5:Feeling nothing :)
Day 6:Getting Faster
Day 7:Feeling some pain but getting faster
