Cutting all ties is absolute. Completely ghost them. Erase your digital footprint. Train your brain to remember all the bad times whenever you miss one good time. I even had to cut ties with people we knew mutually. Never react to any attempt by them to make contact. Ghost them COMPLETELY. PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, SPIRITUALLY, DIGITALLY, SOCIALLY.

The opening comment was right on the money!!😧 A narcissistic sociopath is harder to get rid of. 😮 I don’t think the laws address how horrible they are and how they affect your life. I know they realize that you never contact them and that you wish them well in hopes that they find someone and never bother you ever again. People know when you just wish them well and pray never to come near them ever again in your life. I don’t know how to get rid of them but I plan to relocate and pray. If you have a narcissistic sociopath in your life and find a way to get rid of them please share. Drawing closer to God daily, awakening with prayer and wishing this man would find someone to give him a life instead of focusing on breaking, entering, stealing, destruction, spying, stalking, poisoning and sabotage. I just believe this kind of creature will reap what he’s sowing.

I lived with my X, who my or have narcissist behavior and patterns. Doesn't matter what you say or what you do. It doesn't matter. I have already endured the distance, silent treatment, and some lashing emotional behavior from her. Than the discard, manipulation and gaslighting. No closure. She found a rebound guy after a few years together. I'm rebounding from the trauma bond by going to the gym 🏋️‍♀️, going out to events and stay positively active. Goodbye eggshells. Hello to new beginnings.

My father narcissist doesn't want to let me go...tries hoovering etc...I read, listen about narcissists from the best specialists like you, Prof. Sam Vankin, Dr. Ramani, Dr.Kopaniszyn and the only way to get rid of them is really no contact, even changing telephone number.And yes providing yourself financial support, just any job and never comeback.

I did this with a female narcissistic relative a few years ago once I realized how terrible it was being around her. Once I'd completed no contact for a few months, her siblings came forward and thanked me for exposing her behavior. She was using me to gaslight them and wanted me to get involved with all the craziness and side taking against them. I'd actually just meant to go "low contact" originally but I was so delighted at how much better the quality of my life was without her in it, it was a no brainer just to go completely no contact!! I don't miss her complaining and blaming, lying and setting up crazy situations where she can play the victim..

I know some people who purposely don't go to a particular someone who could help them because they refuse to put themselves in that position. They'd rather struggle and manage the best they can than go back.
