Thank you for important insight on how to rise above emotions n choose the correct course of action based on our life values n priorities! I am already implementing some of the techniques e.g. daily journal n I find it very beneficial. One technique that I shy away from is the visualisation of negative situations n how l would best deal with them. I think it's an inner fear towards negative situations that stops me from even visualising them. Of course this keeps me unprepared for actually dealing with them if they happened in real life. I would appreciate your advice on how to change my mindset on negative situations visualisation technique! Regards

I was stuck in a world of routine and feeling like the same events happened everyday, everyday felt the same. I decided to take one step out of the routine after 7 years and I failed, but I had a plan that I wanted to complete so I tried again and again after failing 4 times I finally past the first step that I set out to complete. I kept hitting what seemed like roadblocks but I kept getting up and trying again but even harder than before, anyone can do anything they want but it’s about getting back up after you get slammed down repeatedly. Keep trying different tactics and put in more effort than the time before, whatever your after you will get it. Always remember to keep getting up and try pushing through the roadblocks even harder than the time before

I fought demons and gods, I’ve fought the greatest foe of all….. MY OWN I have stood in front of the mirror and fought off all negative talk against me. I’ve fought through pain, depression, anger, and insecurities. I fought off all those demons only to learn I had a new foe my Devine or god self, the thought of being better of being stronger smarter I fought that as well only to come to the realization that I am a perfect human being just a normal human being capable of being both good and bad. I wouldn’t change that for anything being a human is the closest I want to be perfection.

This just might NOT have anything to do with anything here but I just want to say this: all of my associates/friends think more of themselves than I think of them ( this was not always the case) it changed when I found out who they were. I do more for my friends and family than they would or could ever do for me! They took a lot for granted and I did too. I learned a lesson: life is like an elevator it goes up and down...sometimes on the way up you have to let some people off. The ones I ket off ( and for good reasons) are STILL trying to get back on😢😢😢😢😢 too bad !!!
