Achieve an incredible full body workout blending cardio, resistance band strength training and bodyweight exercises! Follow along with Sunny trainer Sydney as you step and rep your way to fit. Thanks to the variety of exercises and quick changes in this workout, it’ll be over before you know it!

WORKOUT DETAILS

Upper Body Circuit (on stepper with resistance bands)
:45 Bicep Curls
:45 Upright Rows
:45 Tricep Kickbacks

Lower Body Circuit (off stepper)
:45 Sumo Squats
:45 Stationary Lunge Right
:45 Stationary Lunge Left

:30 Rest

Repeat entire workout 3 total rounds!

END WORKOUT

Perfect beginner video for getting comfortable with this stepper! I just received mine and love it. For those of you who're bigger this is a VERY solidly build piece of equipment!

I'm doing this exercise at least 6x per week.

I've been lazy this past month, I'm only doing this 4x per week.

I change the bands with two 5lbs dumbbells. (I feel like throwing up now, this is hard).

I just received mine. I just tried to do 10 min of step only. It was hard and I was sweating like I did a workout for an hour or more. It was hard, but I love it!!!

Thank you for showing how exhausted you are by this workout. Most channels show these perky fake people who don’t sweat or get tired. 😊. Makes me feel more confident in my workout.

Just bought one today! I was on a calorie deficit for 6 months, I went from 212lbs to 153. I’ve been stuck at this weight for awhile and I know I need to exercise. I started yesterday with at home leg workouts with resistance bands and dumbells, as well as walking 15 mins. Now I’m going to incorporate this at night time! I’ll let you all know how I feel in a month or so or if there is any progress. Wish you all luck!

I bought one of these. Used it once for 15 minutes. my dad came over, tried it and just like that.... I lost mine...lol
I didn't even have it for 24 hours.
This little thing is great!
Just waiting again for my new one.

This machine is a real workout piece of equipment. I was worried about re-injuring my left knee, but this actually helped relieve the pain. Thank you for this video.

I just bought the exact stepper last Friday and I’ve been on it everyday since gradually increasing my steps everyday. I just tried this video today I couldn’t make it through the whole thing but i know with more consistency and diet changes i will get through it soon. Thanks for this video its amazing.

This is great, thanks. I quit going to my gym during this second wave of COVID. Was feeling kinda down about it, but we have this stepper, dusty in the living room. I followed through the workout shown here. Great. I’m sore, out of breath, heart rate up. Beats being sedentary. Gratitude.

Im at 4month post ACL surgery, and this exercise is perfect for my cardio + knee strengthening. 15mins i manage to get my PR rise and good sweats. Thanks so much!!
