WORKOUT DETAILS:
➡️ Duration: 40 Minutes
➡️ Intensity: Sweaty 💧💧
➡️ No Equipment
➡️ 30 Sec Work, 30 Sec Rest
➡️ No Repeat
➡️ You'd be burning an average of 150 - 400 calories depending on your weight, body composition and exercise intensity.

I suggest doing at least 5 min warm up before this workout and 5 min stretching after.
