Today we are doing a 20-minute pregnancy strength workout with dumbbells for a STRONG PREGNANCY! I used 2 10 lbs dumbbells, but use a weight that feels good for you or grab filled water bottles or cans of beans! Safe for 1st trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester.

I would love a 30-40 minute one like this! Loved it. A huge gym goer and happy to have found a way to still move in a similar way while becoming a mom!

Found your channel when I had GD diabetes with baby #3 and was diet/exercise controlled the rest of my pregnancy. Now I’m 18 weeks with baby #4 and trying to avoid GD and just have a healthier pregnancy overall. I appreciate all your videos so much and love the new status tracker in the top right corner! I am about 2 months in. I did this workout for the first time I only got through 6 mins but I will build myself up to finish it slowly but surely. But it felt so good. I had work before this so idk wanna burn myself out. Know my limits but so happy you posted this. Thank you. Inspiring.

I was doing pilates 3 times a week before falling pregnant with my 5. My core was finally healthy and strong again. First trimester had me at a standstill with excersise and I felt really despondent after all the hard work I put into getting back into shape. Then I came across your channel!! Thank you!! Finally feel like it's possible to not entirely loose my hard work throughout my pregnancy. ❤

What a fun workout - loved the pace and how effective but not intimidating it was!! Loved the feel-good music as well <3

Note to self: move slowly when switching sides during the floor workouts to avoid round ligament pains.

I’m 16 weeks with baby #1. This was a good workout, and the stretch at the end was a great way to finish. My body is feeling good after this.
