This lady is amazing!! I've been doing her workouts with my previous pregnancy and that birth was 3 hours start to finish. It was amazing, and had her naturally. My baby before that it was a 9 hour birth and definitely not as great haha! I'm 20 weeks pregnant with another baby and just finished her 14 day challenge. Absolutely love this channel and loved my previous birth and recovery. Thank you so much for making these videos!

Jessica, thank you very much for another amazing sesh.
I had a bad experience buying workout plans for pregnant women. To be honest with you I felt more active laying on the sofa than doing those programs and it was for the second trimester… very disappointed with wasting my money. And here you have an amazing workout plan for 2 weeks without repeating yourself, playing wonderful music, with warm up, cool down, affirmations, inspirational quotes, timer, previews… those programs we pay money for it doesn’t have any of the above. Thank you very much for what you do, I feel great and I feel I did a very good workout. I like that you keep advanced level that’s what I need exactly🙏🏼🙏🏼

I absolutely loved tabata before I got pregnant and throughout my first trimester so this video got me so excited to do at 28 weeks! It was a good sweaty workout but I was still able to do all the moves. Keep posting these!!
