Try this NO REPEAT, at home, upper body workout! Targets your back and biceps using a few dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells, use household items like water jugs, cans of food, etc. Repeat 2 rounds if necessary!

I've been doing this workout regularly (along with other cardio and HIIT) since the end of May. I can proudly say that when I flex, I can see definition! Even if I just bend my arms, you can see my muscle. Keep at it everyone - it works!

These 10-12 minute wo's are perfect for my evening shifts at work: I get home around 12pm, so a quick one feels manageable and actually makes me work out.

Thank you. Seriously. I’ve never found working out therapeutic, but the past few weeks in the house working out is the only thing keeping me sane! I’ve been doing three or four of your videos nearly every day since being quarantined and I feel like I’m getting a better and more enjoyable workout than I ever did in the gym! ❤️

This is exactly what I need for my better form of push ups and Yoga poses such as arm balance💪🏾💪🏾 it was very focused and never get bored(boring)!

Hey Maddie, just completed this workout and paired it with the no repeat 20 min full body one. Wow! What a burn. I did a HIIT workout after really long and I managed it. Though the kick throughs are tough, my upper body is weak. I'm so glad I started following your routines, really enjoy them. Thanks so much.. I'll turn 46 in October, am peri menopausal and had completely fallen off the wagon but thanks to a friend I resumed working out.. thanks again :}

Did 2 rounds of this after the full upper body sculpt (I added one extra round to it) and I feel incredibly energized 🤣 think I'm gonna end with 10 min of abs! thank you Maddy you are becoming my favorite every day!
