Been doing your workouts everyday for 6 months this month. I started of weighing 54 kilos I’m 5”10 too so I was really underweight. I’m proud to say I weigh 73 kilos now and it’s mostly thanks to you, and a good diet ;) but honestly bro I couldn’t thank you enough for what you’ve done for me, really has changed my life ❤️

Been doing your workouts for 6-8 months -- probably the best abs workout out there and I've done 3 to 4 others, Chris Heria, bullyjuice, Tiff & Dan. Love the fast pace and the short breaks. Previously did your work outs with earbuds but FINALLY you started playing some great techno and now the ear buds are gone -- Keep up the great work and the sik jams.

Bout to get into this at 41 wish me luck. I’m 6”2 160lbs. thin I know I got sick and lost weight but am at a point in the treatment where I can do this. I can’t join a gym and have no free weights, or freed up money so this is it. Please work lol!! So sick of being soft
