Ultimate 10 Minute Upper Body No Repeat Dumbbell Workout (Zeus Fitness Kickstart challenge Day 1)

All you will need for this no repeat workout like all the workouts in Kickstart, is a selection of dumbbells , a little space at home , work or the gym and just 10 Minutes of your time

If you're telling me you don't have 10 minutes, I'm calling nonsense!

In today's workout we have no time to waste , so will be getting stuck right into the workout. So have your dumbbells ready and ready to ROCK

In this no repeat workout we will be hitting 10 exercises for the upper body hitting each of the muscle groups

We will be performing each exercise for 60 seconds in total and giving ourselves 10-15 seconds in between each to get ready for the next exercise

If you're a beginner I suggest going light with the dumbbells for this and doing it right. If you're one of the more advanced zeusers, bump up those weights

You want to find a weight that works for you. Let's you complete the workout and each exercise with good form but also pushes you to the max and gives you a good quick 10 minute burn from home or the gym

Again this is just to get us started and to let everyone of any fitness level start and give it a go

And if you need a little more , rewind it back and go through it 2 or 3 times to turn it into a 20 or 30 minute full body workout

So grab your dumbbells and let's go

Gonna start these ones tomorrow. I've been a true follower of the 10-15min workouts you've done over the last year. They're amazing. Would you be able to put together a few dumbbell with cardio 10-15min HIITs to follow along. Would love to see that. Cheers for the great content man 🙌

Thanks again! I did the intro 2 days ago, I love your stuff. I love how short and to the point everything of yours is. The only comment I have to possibly add anything is a warm-up or stretching at the end for these.

But it is a beginner playlist, so with that, I look forward to getting through these and getting deeper into your workout vids

Highly recommend this one! I do this at least 2/3 times a week, can fit it in anytime, you always feel like you’ve worked hard and I’m not bored yet!! A great quick workout, thanks Grant!

Thanks, I really liked this! Great combo of exercises; I've never done the kneeling rows before and loved that they were harder on my core but easier on my back. Used 10#, 15#, plus my 8kg kettlebell. One note: elbow/hands placement in skull crushers is a bit dependent on limb proportions - I need to go a bit past my ears to feel it in the triceps.

Thank you as a senior with other commitments, I enjoy these 10 mins, 4 kg dumbells that's all I have I'm afraid. Sometimes when it gets too heavy I alternate in between that's ok too no judgement here I'm trying g my hardest n absolutely love your mindset, delivery, short simple straight to the point Workouts.
