Lifehack: Play it at 2X speed and you'll finish in 5 minutes instead. Decrease the playback speed as you get stronger. Challenge yourself to be able to do it at .25X within a year.

Just started trying to workout. I'm sick of everyone calling me a stick. Any suggestions to better my self? I don't have money for gym memberships but I buy protein. I have some weights at the house but I'm looking for anything to help better myself. Thanks

Why on earth is there dislikes? What you're jealous these guys look better? These guys can pull off more reps than you? I mean shows what it says it's going to show in the video, so it's not clickbait. And it's pretty thorough. In fact the most thorough upper body workout I've seen, covering all sorts of muscle groups. And since I can't have weights at my home and I can't go to the gym, this is exactly what I needed!

At last the most complete home workout without any equipment! A bicep exercise was the only thing missing from the previous videos but now it's all there.. Best videos ever! So glad I found them!Thanks guys!

Just after one months the results where showing, I feel better, no more shoulder and back pain, more strength etc....everything in a single video, doesn't take that much time, very good, thanks for this video and I'll keep doing it until it's too easy

im 13 and doing these exercises for 3 weeks straight made me look like tyler1 just a smaller version and now the varsity football coaches are expecting me to make the team next year if this corona virus passes. THX GUYS!!!
