Join me for a 20 Minute Standing Pilates Lower Body Workout, no equipment needed. This session will tone your thighs, sculpt your legs, flatten the tummy and lift the booty. A super way to start the day, and a great way to take a break from work and enjoy some standing exercise to challenge your body and boost your wellbeing.

This is a fusion of two of my most popular standing sessions; we've re-edited the videos, brightened the colours and improved the sound as much as we can for your enjoyment. I also thought these were two workouts that worked really well together as a 20 minute session. Hope you enjoy them too.

I’m an 81 year old woman who has been working out most of my life. In 2019 I sustained a fall fracturing my sacrum. Subsequently, I had two long screws inserted to secure the fracture. Physical Therapy was crucial to my recovery but still experienced pain in the lower back. Your Pilate classes have been instrumental in reducing the pain to almost nothing. Thank you.

Love this shorter Pilates Rachel just what’s needed at times. A reminder of where our bodies should be as we are becoming older and feeling those aches and pains even when we fairly active every day. Thank you lovely Rachel 🌻🌷👏🏻👏🏻

I’m 81 and do your Pilates standing workouts several times a week. Constant stretching with you has improved my lower back as I had a fall in 2019 fracturing my sacrum which required surgery. There are now two long screws in place. Even after physical therapy, I was experiencing aches and pains. Finding your classes have been of great help to me. As an aside, I have been working out most of my life. Thank you.

Your standing workouts are proving to be a godsend for me while doing a seasonal farming job and living in a dormitory with minimal workout space. I can feel the exercises working to keep me free from lower back pain issues that I've experienced in the past. Thanks so much!

Thanks for this! I have had virtigo since an ear infection followed by COVID last May. I found the balancing very difficult but hope that if I do this regularly it will help my brain get its balance back!
