The seated leg lifts helps. Something useful is go next to a wall, lay on stomach, rest leg parallel onto wall to release stretch and if that’s not helping place a soft ball at the psoas area

who's voice is that? I hear him on every short video on hip flexors and people just do the same exercises?

A tight muscle is a weak muscle, often compensatory movements have already taken over at the point where the patient is experiencing pain, and it is imperative that they target the psoas and not let their iliacus or rectus femoris take over the movement. Doing these movements will not yield much to a patient with true psoas problems. Stretching a weak muscle will also not help it either. To truly rehab the muscle in such a state can take 6 months up to 2 years.
