This is a 28 Wall Pilates Challenge for Beginners designed to build core strength at home. it is a Free 28 Day Wall Pilates challenge, all with workouts from my Youtube channel Rachel's Fit Pilates. This workout contains wall pilates full body workouts, wall pilates ab workouts, wall pilates full body workout with weights, wall pilates workout no equipment. It is a wall pilates challenge free PDF, where you can print the plan and follow it each day. These would be great pilates workouts for cross training, wall pilates for dancers, and great pilates for athletes workouts after a workout for stretching, mobility, and core strengthening.

I am commenting here for the new beginners. I am on week 2 of this challenge and it has really worked so far. I recently had a 16 week miscarriage and was in a very bad state of mind and looking good/gaining weight was something that added toll to my mental health. I came across this challenge and it has really helped and changed the way I look and feel. In 2 weeks my old clothes started to fit me again and I started to see a huge difference with my body. Thank you so so much Rachel for helping me get through!

I began the 28-day challenge yesterday. I have limited core strength and I pulled muscles in my back a couple of months ago while doing a core workout (I was using proper form - my core is weak) and my back aches in the morning as I get out of bed. After doing days 1 and 2 of the Challenge (did the warm-up first each time), my back pain is non-existent. I'm so happy to have found this program. Wonderful of you to offer this challenge for free - thank you.

Just wanted to thank you so very much for offering your challenges and vast knowledge for free! It's not often something like this is 'no strings attached', clearly you are interested in helping people live a healthy life and feel and look their best. I am almost finished my second time on the 28 Day Wall Pilates Challenge and am really looking forward to jumping straight into the strength and weight loss challenge. Not only has this made me feel strong, have better posture and feel more confident in myself, but it has helped my neck/jaw issues and lower back issues, and sitting in front of a computer at work most of the day doesn't effect me anymore! As a 50 year old woman who is struggling to loose my belly, this gives me confidence that I can feel strong and healthy either way! THANK YOU!! Jo

Okay. I subbed right away. I needed to get back into pilates and i love what you said about the "why". And, you being a pilates instructor not doing it just because its trendy is an added bonus!. Im starting now!

I just turned 60 and was diagnosed with a thyroid condition three years ago. I've gained 30 pounds and feel invisible. The weight will not budge and I am so frustrated. 😢 I do have some physical limitations, but my orthopedic said I could try Pilates. Thank you! 💜

hey Rachel! a couple months ago i commented how i would "catch hell" if my family knew i was doing this. well im happy to say that i'm still doing these workouts and am very satisfied with the results. I've even invested in ankle weights which have a definite impact on the movements.i'm turning 56 this summer and i'm the most toned and flexible i have been in years. I'm losing weight and i know im heading in the right direction. Thank you for putting up these videos! your program is a much anticipated integral part of my day!

Hi and thank you for your inspirational and easy to follow wall pilates videos. I started with the 28 day plan on the 1st of January. I quite like it that the length of the exercises vary but find it a bit confusing that the time on the pdf doesn’t always match the video. These are the ones that have inconsistencies: Day 11 time given on pdf 17:49 actual length of the workout 9:48. Day 12 times are 12:22/19:54. Day 14 times are 12:30/19:45. Day 25 times are 17:49/9:48. Day 28 times are 12:22/19:24. As you can see the differences are quite big and in both directions. Otherwise it’s super handy that you can just click the video open from the pdf. Thank you!

Wall pilates is no joke! Started today (first day back from vacation!) and it was a good challenging workout. Thanks for putting this together and making about getting into a routine, strength and fitness vs how it will make us look. Appreciate the honesty. I'll check back in in 28 days!

I’ve been bed/couch bound for the past 4.5 months and have multiple seizures daily. I’m going to start this program to re-strengthen myself, get back lost vitality and lose the wriggly that’s crept in. I’m also going to be trying this to see if it helps my seizures. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
