Bringing the heat in today's epic low impact, no repeats HIIT workout!! This workout requires no equipment and has no jumping exercises so it is a quiet, apartment friendly workout that you can do using just your body weight. No repeated exercise so you only have to do each movement one time - so make it count!!

Always enjoy a good, no repeats, no equipment, low impact workout, especially after a full body strength with weights the day before! 2-1-24 This proved to be a great one for me again today--moderate, steady-paced, and gentle, just the type of workout I needed on a day when I was not feeling super high-energy! 4-1-24

Just completed this nice workout - modified that crab "toe touch" section, but otherwise, I completed this workout. Be encouraged to keep fighting and persevering. I am 66 years old and still rockin' the workouts with Heather. Take it slow and progress at your pace and soon, you'll see improvements. Blessings! :-)

Hwr routines are so clean and no nonsense no come on you can do it no cheerleading just straight up hard exercises that are good for different levels. No wonder she has a million views in one year.

Love the low impact, no repeat HIIT workout! As a lifelong athlete with knee and ankle issues, I really appreciate a challenging, heart pumping work out that is kind on my joints! Plus no repeat means if you really dread a certain exercise in the workout it's one and done which is nice!
