besan cheela( 80 grm) =10 grm protein
kala chana(100gm) = 10 grm
buttermilk 1 glass = 10 grm
2 roti (medium size) =7 to 8 grm
soya chunks (30 grm)=15 grm
desi cow whole milk (500 ml)=16 to 18 grm
paneer low fat = 9 grm to 12 ( as per brands)
chana sattu 2 tablespoon = 6 to 7 grm
roasted chana (40 grm)=7 grm
overnight oats (40 grm) =3 to 4 grm
soaked almonds( 5 pieces) walnuts( 2 pieces)=2 to 3grm protein

One egg contains 6.7g

If you're not a gym going person and not doing any intense workout, 0.8*body weight protein is sufficient for you.
