French vanilla flavour mix with milk taste absolutely amazing. I usually put a scoop of whey and half bottle of milk then the rest mix it with cold water, not too creamy and not too tasteless. Love it

Silk almond milk unsweetened vanilla is what you use. Don't use regular whole milk or low fat milk

I prefer drinking whey protein with water after workout and drink normal milk later.

Earlier I was taking whey protein with milk and after doing this I started having a lot of protein farts and started having gas problems because I was taking so much protein at one time XD.

Use almond milk instead. Low calories, non dairy (better digestion) still creamy shake taste.

I always mix with water, (less water) and a scoop of raw oats. You need make the mix at least 90min before drinking it, so the oats hydrate (if cold water is used, lukewarm water could take less).

With milk, it tastes like milkshake. Moreover, milk has calcium. I usually use a mixer for it. And it turns out like a storebought milkshake. It's good to take with milk. I use skimmed milk. It's good.
