Honestly i weigh 60kg and i only have 60-80g of protein everyday while having a cheat where ill not care about my protein intake, its working well for me since im only 5'6

Does it have to be exactly at your body weight? What if you can’t hit the ones that are divided (aka the 40g in this case)? Def can’t get protein powder nor similar stuff.

With whole wheat bread slices and chicken breast or lean ground beef it’s easy to hit your protein goals each meal. I get around 40-45 grams per meal X 3

Bro its 2.5 to 3 grams of protein that you multiply by weight then divide by 2 lol
I'm 175
175x2.5 =475÷2 = 218.5g of protein
And if you cut that by half during your cut season 218.5÷2= 109.3g of protein
I'm doing my best since I've got the gym and lost 15 pounds in the 2 months I've been going to the gym again.

Very wrong actually, 1.8 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight for bulks and 2.5 per kg of body weight for cuts. It depends on your goals, saying 1 gram of protein per kg of bodyweight is very general and also wrong
