So many of you were wondering what my weekly workout routine looked like, so here it is!

Keep in mind, I have a lot of free time as I’m currently not in school and I don’t have a job, so I get plenty of sleep and eat/hydrate well. Thus, my recovery is fine. For some people, this may not be the case, so I would advise adding 1 or 2 more rest days if you plan on using a similar routine.

Makes a lot of sense, and the main downside isn’t a big deal since you have a home gym.

Mine is:
Monday: Chest, Triz, should
Tuesday: Back, Bizeps
Wednesday: Legs & Abs
Repeat
Sunday: Rest

Here you have to be careful, rest days are very important, at least if you want to be active you can have at least one active rest day per week where you can walk or play soccer or basketball or whatever sport you're into .

I also have an extra day where I focus shoulders and biceps even though I have pretty inclusive push and pull days, except I don’t do back but I do forearms and sometimes triceps and make it a additional arm day, it’s been really helpful, I recommend it to anyone who has been working out for over a few months

I do something similar, i don’t go by days of the week though since its constantly changing every week, for example i do push monday pull tuesday legs wednesday rest thursday push friday pull saturday legs sunday rest monday push tuesday and so on...

Well in my case I do 3 full body workouts a week to build strength, cause I do martial arts the other 3 days. I completely rest on Sunday or do a light jog and stretching.
