THE WORKOUTS: 5-day split
Day 1: Glutes + Hammies
- 5 | 15 hi-thrust, glute bridge, hold
- 4 | 10 RDLS
- 3 | 12 Deficit Reverse Lunge
- 4 | 10 hamstring curls
- 3 | 10 Bulgarian split squats
Day 2: Back + Biceps
- 3 | amrap assisted pull-ups
- 3 | 20 DB bicep curls
- 4 | 10 bent over DB rows
- 3 | 12 cable bicep curls
- 3 | 10 seated rows
- 4 | 8 seated face pulls
Day 3: Quads + Glutes
- 3 | amrap SM goblet squats
- 3 | amrap reverse lunge
- 4 | amrap leg press
- 4 | 12 leg extension
(AMRAP=As Many As Possible)
Day 4: Shoulders, Chest, Triceps
- 3 | 12 incline bench press
- 3 | 10 chest press
- 3 | 14 tricep cable pull downs
- 4 | amrap lateral raises
- 3 | amrap pushups
Day 5: Full Body + Cardio
- 3 | 90sec shoulder press x squat
- 3 | 12 bicep curls
- 3 | 90 sec RDLS x upright row
- 3 | 60 lemon squeezes
- 3 | 12 goblet squats
- 3 | 60sec overhead KB marches
- 20 minutes of stair-master at speed 7-8
or incline walking
