NAVY deployment worked out 2hrs a day everyday. I was eating tuna, protein shakes, cereal and pop tarts lol best gains ever. Closest thing to prison

1: squat (quads, calves) 2: chest+ tri (push) 3: back+bicep (pull) 4: deadlift (glutes, hamstrings) 5: rest day Trying to get stronger legs as a female... hope this works out🤩 thank you✨🤸🏽‍♀️

I appreciate this. I’ve been hitting the gym 4-6 times a week the past 3 months and am still in that beginners mind set of trying to find and learn what works for me. Im 13 yrs old and I've been working out a 1 year already and actually i am really big and strong for my age and what helps me work at my strength and muscle is having a understanding that strength is like a wall every day your putting a another brick on that wall and never giving up at working out

What I do is "Day 1 - Chest and triceps" "Day 2 - Biceps and Forearms" "Day 3 - Legs (Including glutes)" "Day 4 - Shoulders and Back (Shoulders including RD)" "Day 5 - Cardio" and repeat so ours is similar except I don't take rest days unless I am sick or have extreme muscle pain and if I do I will do a muscle group that leaves that area alone.

Rear delts are a pain in the ass, it's boring and it's hard to tell if what you're doing is working. But you're absolutely right, once you get it then it's a go!!👍🏾✌🏾 Great video, new sub.
