Awesome video. He covers many different techniques
Starts with watching the breath between 2 and 3 mins
3:30 Humming
4:30 Alternate nostril breath or purifier
7:50 Breath holding (2 beats in - 8 hold - 4 out)
11:30 Cooling breath - with rolled tongue
13:00 Cooling breath - smiling
13:50 Ocean sound breath - good for sleep

I did the HUmming and Ujaji Throat Breathing) and alternative Nostril Breathing and it helped my voice recover from and tight throat and Laryngitus !

Question: Do you have to alternate your inhale/exhale from each nose or always inhale through left and exhale with right nose in your thirumoolar breathing excercise?
