I just want to say I’m so happy that you’ve kept the same introductory music and video to lead into your practice after so many years. I began following your videos in 2013 and it’s like home to hear that beginning song and the shot of young Adriene in siddhasana. Thank you for keeping this the same!

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Exhale Day - 21 is an ideal return to the practice after a brief hiatus. I began to feel uneasy last Friday and couldn't keep anything on my stomach not even ginger ale or crackers. Thankfully, the following day the nausea subsided and I successfully kept down ginger ale, soup 🍲 broth, and crackers. I spoke with a nurse on Saturday and we ruled out many things that aren't with the symptom of nausea only; no stomach virus, or any other virus, and no ear ache. Well, I'm getting better every day, and my stomach began to feel tight with subtle cramps off and on the next day, so hubby will go with me to the doctor's office Saturday to have my vitals checked. I'm grateful for the final return to the yoga mat. This session is healing and therapeutic. How has everyone else been? Best wishes, everyone! 🦋❤️🦋

I did this wonderful breath practice, 7 months ago, and I feel the same calm & relaxed zen feeling I felt then. This practice is a brilliant one, to bring you back to yourself. To realign with your self, and your breath. Thank you so much Adriene, for this beautiful gift. Today I am doing this practice on one of my Sabbaths, Ostara which is a sabbath of balance. So I thought this practice, was rather appropriate for today. Thank you again Adriene and Benji, you are awesome. Happy Ostara everyone! Namaste. 🙏🧡

This is just what i need..This is so important to know how amazing our breath really is. I felt more calm, great clarity, refreshed and more at peace creating this me time. So happy, your a part of my journey to better mental health. Thank you so much Adriene. ❤ I really love the meditation/ breathwork practices, there so nice to slow it down. I love these practices. Makes me feel good about my asthma. These exercises used to make me anxious now I am happy to use them for lung expansion and making more room❤ It's okay to feel scared at first. JAN '25

Jan 13, 2025. Energy . Felt really tired after a work day with headache and absolutely no mood to do anything. Remembered i gotta practice today and journal but then checked the calendar and yay it’s a 10min breathing vid as if it was laid out for me to feel better and motivated to show up. Thank you 🙏🏼

Exhale, March 21, 2024. I think this was the first time I didn't have my eyes closed during part of the practice and I was able to take in Benji's Benjiness for the day. Gave an always welcome chuckle. Namaste 😌💙🖤🐶✨
